Ordering

Can I change or cancel my order?

You cannot change or cancel an order yourself, if you make a mistake or want to cancel an order email hello@jhooms.com

I haven’t received an order confirmation.

Wait at least one hour and check if the amount has been deducted from your bank account. If there is a deduction contact hello@jhooms.com ; if there is no deduction or confirmation you may not have placed your order. For more help contact us. 

When will my pre-order arrive?

Your pre order will arrive in May, 2024. Because it is a preorder there may be a few more delays and can take another month. We will send you email updates on our progress.

When will I receive my tracking number?

If you have received your order confirmation, wait another hour for the tracking number. If it is not received after any hour contact us for help.

The Jhooms I want are sold out. Will it be restocked?

Unfortunately there is no possibility of receiving that Jhooms style once it is sold out. We carry limited edition volumes only. 

Why is it pre-order only?

The sneakers are handmade and through pre-orders we can get the exact order and plan accordingly

Shipping

Does Jhooms offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping worldwide, unless there is an exchange for that please check out the ‘Can I exchange my Jhooms tab’

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship all over the world.

How do I track my package?

You will receive a UPS tracking number that you can use to track the location of your package via the UPS site.

What is the estimated time for delivery?

The Volume 1.0 orders will be shipped in May 2024. After shiping the estimated delivery time is 5-7 days.

Exchanges & Returns

What is the return policy?

You can return your Jhooms with a full refund. They must be unused and the order number must be provided. You will have to pay the shipping costs to send them back to us.

Can I exchange my order?

You can exchange your Jhooms, but we highly encourage you to ensure correct sizing via our size chart so there is no confusion. You will be responsible for shipping costs via exchange:

  1. You pay to ship it to us 
  2. We pay to ship back the exchanged/correct size
When will I receive my refund?

Your refund will take 7-12 days. You can track your order as you ship it. Once it reaches us we will send you a confirmation that it is received and you should get the refund within 2-3 business days.

Product Knowledge

How do I clean my Jhooms?

You can use simple soap and a cloth to clean your Jhooms. Watch a video here: How to Clean my Jhooms for more precise details. Jhooms are made out of top grain leather and a rubber sole. You can easily use a dam cloth and some hand soap to clean them.

1. Mix lukewarm water with a dime size amount of soap.

2. Mix the solution together 

3. Dip a cloth in and wring out the extra water. 

4. Wipe off the stains or scuffs.
